The first section focuses on the methodological field and describes the importance of human resources and its management. In the second part, a plan is developed to improve the work of sales representatives in order.

This analysis via questionnaire focuses on the satisfaction of respondents in company and motivational tools used by the company management. Based on the identification of the needs of employees proposes measures to improve the performance and efficiency of labor in company.

Motivation and Stimulation of Entrepreneur

The object of my diploma thesis deals with motivation and stimulation of entrepreneurs and influences upon their job performance. The theoretical part focuses on the explanation of terminology, such as motivation, stimulation, sources of motivation but also on different stimulating means which help to increase motivation. The practical part concentrates on a research among entrepreneurs where the data are collected by personal interviews. Furthermore, the data are analyzed and the observed results offer recommendations to the entrepreneurs who will most probably increase the level of their motivation as well as stimulation as a consequence.

Stimulation in Human Resources Management in the Manufacturing Company

Diploma thesis deals with the stimulation tools in a big manufacturing company with which it’s possible effectively influence the work force. The first part is focused on theoretical and methodical area; it describes the importance of personal management and human resource management, influence employees in the procedure and effective communication. The second section represents the current situation of personal management, motivation and communication tools in the company. In the third part founds own analysis which was carried out by interview, it presents results of research. The fourth part shows possible solutions for problems of stimulation and communication with the staff.

Motivation of pupils to study geography on the example of the Geographical Grammar School

This bachelor's thesis is devoted to the motivation of pupils to study geography. The goal of the thesis is to evaluate the motivation of students in geography at secondary school and to find out which factors have the greatest influence on their motivation. These variables are evaluated on the example of the Geographical Grammar School in the form of Focus group interviews with the pupils of the school. The bachelor's thesis is supplemented by information from the school management, obtained using a semi-standardized interview. The result of the analysis is that motivation is necessary in the teaching process in geography and it is important that there should be used elements of support for both external and internal motivation in the lessons.

The theme of this bachelor's thesis is "How and wherewith motivate high school students to achieve better academic achievements". Motivation in general, sources of motivation, significance and conception of pedagogical theory, characteristics of pedagogical profession and personality of a high school student is described in the theoretical section of the thesis. The practical section presents the results of a questionnaire survey conducted in a group of high school students in České Budějovice ascertaining their motivation to study.

Work motivation of employees in SZPI Tábor

The aim of this theses is to analyze the situation in the area of work motivation in CAFIA Tabor through a questionnaire survey and to draw up suggestions for improvement in this area on the basis of the findings. This thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part.The theoretical part explains the important concepts associated with motivation.The content of the practical part is a presentation of the Czech Agriculture and Food Inspection Authority, where the questionnaire survey aimed at finding the situation in the field of employee motivation was implemented. It has been found that most employees are motivated enough to carry out their work and they are satisfied with their work. Minor shortcomings were revealed in the inspection's motivation system. The recommendation is to focus on the motivation of long-term employees in this institution, conduct regular employee surveys and alternatively set up Cafeteria system.

Employee motivation of a chosen company

The main topic of my bachelor work "Employee motivation of a chosen company" is an analysis of motivation and satisfaction of employees and subsequently formulation of a proposal for improvement of these issues. My paper is divided into two parts. The theoretical part summarizes basic knowledge of motivation, work contentment and remuneration of employees. In the practical part, a company XYZ a.s. is introduced, where an inquiry into surveyed topic was carried out through questionnaires. In the conclusion there is a summary of findings and also suggestions how to improve motivation of employees and their satisfaction with benefits offered by the company.
